Kennedy Agyapong apologizes to the Ghana High Court.

Hon.Agyapong, one of the most controversial politicians in Ghana renders an apology to the Chief Justice and magistrates of the High Court after been summoned for contempt.

Kennedy Ohene Agyapong on Wednesday 9th September, 2020 was summoned to appear in court for having to “Scandalize and Threaten” the court over a pending land case.

The Hon. Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency on a Television and Radio programme aired on Net 2 TV and Oman Fm on September 2nd, 2020, threatened and called the judge “stupid” for delivering judgement on a case he, the Chief Justice, had no knowledge of.

However, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong apologises to the Chief Justice and High Court Justice for making disparaging comments about them.

Irrespective of that, he is to appear on Monday, 14th September, 2020 at 10 am to show cause why he shouldn't be severely punished for contempt.
